We have found that each customer is unique and different in what they want in their log home. Pricing varies depending on the materials they would like to include in their log home package. We don’t believe there should be any guesswork or gray areas when it comes to your log home. Therefore, we like to take the time to know what you are looking for in your log home and will be happy to provide you with the pricing for your log home.
For those do-it-yourselfers, we provide a free estimates review service. If you decide to be your own general contractor, we will review your estimates at no charge and advise you if we feel what you have been quoted is out of line. Some folks want to save some here and there and this is a good way to do just that. By being your own general contractor (in some cases you may not be able to), you can choose to do some of the interior work or hire it done and manage it yourself. We are glad to offer our expertise in looking at your quotes/estimates. If we feel that an estimate is out of line we will let you know and offer suggestions or an alternative. This has proven to be very helpful to some of our customers that have chosen to go this route! We want to help you any way we can!
